• Songs for Year end Performance provided to students at their request

• Open house for parents, friends and family

• No classes over Christmas break

• Finalized costume designs sent home with students

• Costume measurements taken for students

• Classes resume for new year

• Sewing for costumes begins

• No classes Family Day Monday

• Costume estimates sent home with students

• No classes over March break

• Second open house for parents, family and friends

• No classes Easter Monday

• Costume invoices sent home with students

• Costume fittings begin

• End of Year performance and picture day details sent home with students in “Recital Letter”

• No classes Victoria Day Monday

• Costumes and props (if applicable) are sent home with students on payment

• Tickets for performance go on sale
